Unveiled Beauty Studio has a 24 hour cancellation/rescheduling policy. Cancelling your appointment for any reason with less than 24 hours notice will result in a loss of a deposit and a new deposit will be required to make another appointment.
We understand unforeseen circumstances occur; however, rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours before your appointment. If for any reason you need to reschedule within less than 24 hours, you will lose your deposit and an additional deposit will be required to make a new appointment. If you notify us with more than 24 hours notice of your appointment, your deposit will be valid to reschedule for up to 3 months. After 3 months, you will forfeit the deposit and a new one will be required to make a new appointment.
In the event that Unveiled Beauty Studio should have to change your appointment due to illness or emergency, your deposit will be applied towards your rescheduled appointment.
To avoid unfair delays to all of our clients, we give a 10 minute grace period for all services. Anything more than that will result in the cancellation of your appointment and loss of deposit. A new deposit will be required to book another appointment.
Unveiled Beauty Studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
Unveiled Beauty Studio accepts cash and all major debit/credit cards. Microblading: After a non-refundable and non-transferable 25% deposit is made to book an appointment, the remainder of payment is due on the day of service.
We do not issue refunds on any service provided at Unveiled Beauty Studio. However, should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received, please notify us within two days following your treatment. We will look into your concerns immediately and try to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Consultations are required for all new Unveiled Beauty Studio microblading clients. You must be 18 years of age or older and present a valid, government issued ID at your appointment.
If you have previous semi-permanent or permanent makeup, we request that you email us clear photos of your brows for approval to firstname.lastname@example.org. After sending your photos, please give us 1-3 business days to get back to you. If you book a microblading appointment without a prior consultation/approval and we are not able to work with your past procedure, this will result in the forfeit of your deposit. We want to make sure that we are providing you with the best results possible.
Initial microblading appointments receive a complimentary touch up. This appointment must be scheduled between 6 to 8 weeks following your first session. If you need to book this appointment after 8 weeks, it is no longer complimentary and a new deposit will need to be made to book a touch up. Healing can be unpredictable and results are NOT guaranteed. If additional touch-up appointments are needed after the second session, a new deposit will be required and charges will apply.
Touch ups that are included: If your touch up is included with your procedure, no show, cancelling or rescheduling your appointment within less than 24 hours notice will result in forfeit of the complimentary session and a new deposit will be required.
Touch ups that are NOT included: If your touch up is NOT included, no show, cancelling, or rescheduling your appointment within less than 24 hours notice will result in the loss of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to reschedule.
Note: Microblading and all semi-permanent cosmetic procedures are considered a multiple-step appointment process. Healed results will vary with each individual client. NO guarantees will be made. Additional sessions (at an additional charge) may be required to obtain optimal desired results. Many factors can result in a less than desired outcome as each client will heal differently. In order for your new brows to heal properly (and look their very best) please follow all Pre-Appointment Restrictions and After Care. These instructions are designed to limit bleeding and skin sensitivities during the service. Excessive bleeding during the procedure can dilute and expel the pigment color and lead to poor results.
