While microcurrent treatment is great for most people, some individuals are not suitable for these treatments. Please read the following contraindications carefully, to evaluate if you are an eligible candidate, as they apply to microcurrent:
Contraindications include, but are not limited to the following:
Ineligible Without Exception
- Anyone under 18 years of age
- Pregnancy**
- Epilepsy/Seizures
- Individuals with an electrical implant device (pacemaker, cochlear implant)
- Active Cancer Treatment
**After pregnancy, women who are nursing can undergo microcurrent treatment safely.
Eligible With a Signed Doctor Clearance Note (FDA Requirement)
- Individuals who are Post Chemotherapy
- Individuals with Diabetes
- Heart Conditions
- Recent facial surgery
* Please wait at least 48-72 hours after injectables to have microcurrent treatment performed.
*Individuals that have any uncertainty regarding their pre-existing conditions, or are under the supervision of a physician, please consult with your doctor before booking an appointment and provide us with a doctor's note.
While ultrasonic treatment is great for most people, some individuals are not suitable for these treatments. Please read the following contraindications carefully, to evaluate if you are an eligible candidate, as they apply to ultrasonic:

- Acute/severe infection
- Active Cancer
- Diabetes
- Blood disorders
- Heart conditions
- Epilepsy/Seizures
- Accutane use within the last 12 months
- Active/Open Lesions
* Please wait at least 2 weeks after injectables to have ultrasonic treatment performed.
*Individuals that have any uncertainty regarding their pre-existing conditions, or are under the supervision of a physician, please consult with your doctor before booking an appointment and provide us with a doctor's note.
While LED light therapy is great for most people, some individuals are not suitable for these treatments. Please read the following contraindications carefully, to evaluate if you are an eligible candidate, as they apply to LED light therapy:
Contraindications include, but are not limited to the following:
- Recent Burns
- Acute/severe infection
- Active cancer
- Thyroid disorders (neck/chest area only)
- Eye disease (eye area only)
- Seizures/Epilepsy
- Light Sensitivity
- Lupus
- Use of photosensitizing medications
